He stated that the shortage of TSA Employees due to the shutdown has led to extensive delays at airports across the country, causing flight delays, missed flights, and chaos as everyone tries to get through security screening. The deputy was ordered to restore order to the process and made an announcement without using profanity and quickly restored order. After reviewing the video, Champagne personally thanked his deputy for his decisive action.
