Suspect in two Palomar Mountain shootings arrested at San Diego Airport

A 46-year-old man suspected in two shootings on Palomar Mountain has been arrested at the San Diego International Airport. The latest incident occurred on Feb. 23 when a man approached the victim with a handgun and then fled the scene. A search warrant was served at the suspect's home in Chula Vista, where deputies found a 9mm handgun connected to at least one of the shootings. The victim was not injured during the incident.
