Yak & Yeti Is Out, Spice Trade Is Coming Back in Greenwood Village

Chris Teregis, former general manager at Spice Trade Brewery & Kitchen in Greenwood Village, has been brought in to take over as CEO and return to the concept of the restaurant. The change was made after Dol Bhattarai, who co-founded Spice Trade with brewmaster Jeff Tyler and runs the Yak & Yeti chain of Indian and Nepalese restaurants across the metro area, took full control and converted the kitchen to serve the same menu as those of his Yak and Yeti locations. The new plan involves a tight core menu with built-in multicultural elements and keeping the tandoori oven installed during the Yak/ Yeti era for charcoal-grilled chicken wings. The relaunch date for Spice Trade is April 17. The company's rotating seasonal menu will continue, with the adult tater tots and teriyaki Brussels sprouts already returning.
