The Buffalo Bills have unveiled official renderings of massive bison statues outside their new Highmark Stadium, set to be placed outside the stadium for the 2026 season. The statues, which will feature three stainless steel bison sculptures modeled after the American bison, are part of an area that will be central to the new stadium's design and are designed to be used year-round. The bison statue will measure approximately 24 feet tall by 29 feet long, the cow by 19 by 23 feet and the calf by 9 by 13 feet. The area around the statues will also feature placards with the history of western New York, Native American tribes, and native plant species. The team's $2.1 billion stadium is being funded through taxpayer money. The artwork was designed by artist Blessing Hancock, an experienced large-scale sculpture artist.
