At approximately 11.09 p.m. on March 24, an all-terrain vehicle, commonly known as a four-wheeler, hit a concrete parking barrier and killed two people. The female victim was identified as Bria Fleming, 32, and the male victim, who was found unconscious with traumatic injuries, was transported to Ingalls Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The circumstances of the accident are under investigation by the South Holland Police Department.
