Gen Z and Millennials Want Workplace Romance Normalized—Even If It Breaks Company Rules

A survey conducted by Hily dating app users revealed that 43% of employees who ignored company rules on workplace romance ended up marrying their co-workers. The survey also revealed that nearly 44% of Gen Z and millennials believe company bans on dating should be abolished. The study also found that 53% of respondents believe office romances should be normalized. The findings were revealed in the same survey as a recent Forbes study that found that 60% of participants reported having had an office romance despite employer discouragement.
