Arrest made in deadly Southern California crash that killed 25-year-old motorcyclist

A 52-year-old Riverside County man has been arrested in connection with a fatal crash that killed a 25-year old motorcyclist on Jan. 12. The collision occurred at the intersection of Moreno Beach Drive and Auto Mall Drive in Moreno Valley. The motorbike rider, Marvonna Vaxter, was pronounced dead at the scene. One person seen running from the vehicle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and probation violation. The driver, Garaid Jones, was identified as the suspect driver in the collision and later located and booked for murder. The investigation remains ongoing.
