North Shore School District 112 (D112) has announced that Business Assistant Superintendent for Business Services Jeremy Davis, who was accused of misconduct by the Illinois State Board of Education and a food vendor originally passed over for a contract, will resign from the district effective June 30. The findings of the internal review have remained a secret, despite multiple requests for comments from board members and a Freedom of Information Act request. The district had previously defended Davis against the allegations, calling them "unfounded" and "false information". However, it has not disclosed if Davis has faced disciplinary action related to the allegations.
