Iowa State's head coach, T.J. Otzelberger, has discussed the ankle injury that caused Joshua Jefferson to leave the team's 108-74 win over Tennessee State in the 2026 NCAA tournament. Jefferson, an All-American, was later using crutches and wearing a boot on his left ankle.
