Riq Woolen, Eagles Reportedly Agree to Contract After Winning Super Bowl with Seahawks

The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly agreed to a one-year contract worth up to $15 million with cornerback Riq Woolen. Woolen had previously played for the Seattle Seahawks and won the Super Bowl with them. This is the first external free agent for the Eagles.
