Chad Feehan, the showrunner of "Dutton Ranch," will not be returning after season 1 of the spinoff, set to premiere on May 15. This comes just three weeks before the show's premiere. Despite being an executive producer with Taylor Sheridan, Feehan will not participate in the series if it is renewed for a second season. This marks the second time Sheridan and Feehan have worked together. Dutton Ranch follows the end of Yellowstone's five-season run and follows the main characters Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler as they settle in Texas.
