Albuquerque judge keeps teen murder suspect in jail after hearing

A local judge has decided not to release a teenage murder suspect, Johnathan Gurrola, who is accused of murdering 19-year-old Luis Ortiz. Gurrolo, along with his cousin Brayan and Heriberto Hernandez, are facing charges for Ortiz's murder. Police allege that a fight broke out and gunshots were heard in a parking lot.
