Turkish authorities have detained 10 people in connection with a gun attack outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul, including the two wounded assailants. The remaining eight suspects were also arrested following the attack. The attacker killed at the scene was identified as Yunus Emre Sarban, who had previously been linked to financial networks with ties to the Islamic State militant group. The investigation is ongoing.
