Two men were shot and wounded in a shooting at a Bronx lounge early Saturday morning, continuing a trend of violence at city night spots. The incident occurred at the G&S Restaurant and Lounge on White Plains Road near Nereid Ave. in Wakefield. The 38-year-old victim was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital and is expected to survive. A 28-year man was also treated at Montefiore Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the chest. No arrests have been made. The restaurant where the shooting occurred hosted a weekly event with music and DJs and was having a "Night Called Reckless" event when the shooting broke out. There have been at least five shootings inside city nightclubs and lounges this year that have left eight people wounded and two people dead.
