Apple's buy, Frore's $1.6b for data center cooling, and Apollo's Syntegon talks

Frore Systems, a San Jose, California-based data center cooling provider, raised $143m in Series D funding at around a $1.6b valuation. ReNew Green Energy Solutions, an Indian decarbonization company raising $95m, also raised $85m. Other notable companies include GA Drilling, a Houston geothermal drilling tech developer, and Atlys an Indian digital visa processing platform raising $36m. Fuse, a NYC-based loan origination system startup, also secured $25m in series A funding from Footwork, Primary Venture Partners, NextView Ventures, and Commerce Ventures. Chorus Intelligence raised £15m from Maven Capital Partners, and MetaComp raised $35m from Alibaba, Spark Venture, and existing investors. Other companies include WeSort.AI, a German developer of recycling sorting tech, and Delos Energy, a Spanish renewable energy software startup.
