‘Because of her’: Woman killed in domestic-violence shooting saves 6 others through organ donation, family says

Wichita woman, Ivy Unruh, has been recognized as a hero for her post-life gift, saving six others through organ donation. The 25-year-old served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a broadcast engineer for PBS Kansas. Her estranged husband, Joshua Orlando, is currently being held in the Sedgwick County Jail on charges of first-degree murder. An outpouring of support for Unruhenes, with plans for her to be buried next to an uncle and grandparents in Arizona.
