The three people fatally shot in West Garfield Park have been identified as Kenneth M. Bell Jr., Lavell Lee, Rickia Williams, and another man, 35. The victims were standing on a sidewalk when a driver pulled up and fired shots. Bell was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital and Williams was hit in the head multiple times. The other man, who was also injured, was taken to Humboldt Park Health Hospital in good condition. The vehicle involved in the shooting was later set on fire.
