The pair were asked to re-create the trailer for the movie, "song Sung Blue," which they say is a classic that is universally loved and easy to mimic. The parody is part of a tradition of "Live" where Ripa, Consuelo, and host Conan O'Brien will also be stationed backstage during the Oscars to discuss winners' achievements. The show is executive produced by Michael and Ripa; it is distributed by Disney and national syndication.
