All Oahu public schools and state Department of Education offices will be closed due to severe weather conditions, including flooding, hazardous road conditions, and potential power outages. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution, following Gov. Josh Green's directive on April 9. All other public schools on the island are expected to operate normally.
