The FBI has taken primary responsibility for the investigation into a shooting incident that occurred on March 6. The victim is expected to recover. Rapper Lil Tjay has been arrested following a shooting outside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood that injured rapper Offset. Four men with suspected ties to a street gang have been arrested in relation to the incident. An unidentified Easter Bunny-costumed bystander helped a wounded person after the shooting.
