The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have met with survivors and emergency responders from the Bondi Beach shooting on the fourth day of their Australian visit, where 15 people were killed and 40 injured at a Hannukah event in Sydney. The couple were greeted by volunteers, community leaders, and volunteers from the Sydney Jewish Museum. They also met with representatives of the Sydney Life Saving Club and Bondi lifeguards, who were hailed as heroes for protecting members of the public during the attack. This is Prince Harry and Meghan's first trip to Australia since the 2018 tour, as they are no longer working royals and visited in a private capacity.
