Elon Musk's lawyers have requested that Delaware Chancery Court Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick, who has a history of presiding over his legal battles, be removed from a pair of Tesla lawsuits to avoid an appearance of bias. The complaint was filed against McCormick over a post she liked on LinkedIn celebrating a verdict found in a San Francisco federal court that found Musk defrauded Twitter investors before he bought the social network. Musk's legal team alleges that the post went beyond normal criticism and escalated into "inflammatory" territory. McCormick denies the emoji reaction was accidental, claiming she didn't click the icon and reported suspicious activity to the platform.
