Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has accused Spain of putting American lives at risk when it halted the U.S. from using jointly operated military bases in Spain to launch attacks against Iran. This comes after President Donald Trump threatened to cut off all trade with Spain in response to Spain's refusal to allow the US to use the jointly-run bases.
