As of Friday morning, only under 7% of registered voters in the county have cast their ballots for the upcoming primary election. So far, 13,269 voters have participated in early in-person voting and 18,209 of the roughly 36,000 vote-by-mail ballots have been returned. This year, voters can choose from any convenient polling location on Election Day. The primary election is set to take place on Tuesday.
