San Francisco developer Presidio Bay Ventures is creating "The Spear," a luxury 'office resort' that includes a day spa, a wellness lab, a golf simulator, and a rooftop bar. The 184,561-square-foot project will be the nation's first "office resort" featuring high-end amenities such as a "performance lab" and a high-performance fitness center. The $100 million redevelopment is set to be completed this year and open early 2027. The project aims to attract corporate employees back downtown, addressing the city's office vacancy rate of 24.2% in February, compared to the national average of 17.6%.
