The FDA and CDC are investigating a multistate outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections linked to Raw Farm-brand raw dairy products. Nine people have been infected with the outbreak strain over the past several months, with over half of the illnesses being children under 5 years old. The voluntary recall is limited to Raw Farms' Raw Farm cheddar cheese. The FDA has stated that raw milk products from 2025 should no longer be for sale. The products were sold at retailers nationwide and may have been purchased at Sprouts Farmers Market and H-E-B. The company maintains that no pathogens have been found in its Raw Farm products.
