A Dyer man, Samuel L. Reed III, has pleaded guilty to intimidation and will be sentenced on April 8. He is accused of breaking into his children's mother's home in 2023 and threatening to kill her and another person with a shotgun. As part of the plea deal, he will undergo an abuse intervention program. The victim alleges that he touched her buttocks three times during her shift at a different retail store.
