Comedian Jeff Ross was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2024, naming his tumor after Al Roker. The Emmy-nominated comedian used his trademark humor to explain his illness's connection to the TODAY show weatherman. Ross also updated on his treatment, having the chemo port removed and undergoing several months of chemo. He has previously shared that he was diagnosed after having his first colonoscopy in his 50s.
