An 18-year-old student from Shawnee Mission East High School is in custody following threats made against two locations in Prairie Village, including the high school. The threats were identified and authorities took the suspect into custody without incident. The nature of the threats and location of the incidents have not been disclosed. There is no ongoing danger to the public.
