American Financial Group (AFG) reduced the compensation of co-CEOs Carl Lindner III and Craig Lindner last year due to company performance. Each of these men received a pay cut in the 3-to 5% range. The company's proxy statement also revealed that Carl. Lindner’s pay fell 5% to $11.6 million from $10.9 million, about $400,000 less than what it was paid in 2024.
