Elana Scherr has experienced a challenging ownership experience with a 2002 Bentley Arnage T. She purchased the car as a summer beater and used it for routine tasks. However, a radiator hose failure led to a complete blackout, leaving the car without any gauges or power to the diagnostic port. Other issues included a check-engine light malfunctioning before the state-mandated smog inspection, a battery drain issue, and a faulty built-in security system. To confirm the car's authenticity, Scherr ordered a replacement siren box ($500) from U.K.-based parts house Flying Spares. She also had to purchase a ton of ton of spare parts for disassembly diagrams. Despite these challenges, Scherer has no regrets yet.
