ICC rejects bias claims from stranded South Africa, West Indies cricketers

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has denied allegations of bias towards the West Indies and South Africa cricket teams following their respective exits from the T20 World Cup. Frustrated players claim they were left in the dark for days over their travel, while England flew out within two days. The ICC has been accused of giving preferential treatment to one team over the other two due to travel chaos due to the war in the Middle East. However, the ICC denied these claims. It stated that the decisions were driven by safety, feasibility and welfare. Meanwhile, South Africa will begin to fly home on Wednesday, with the entire contingent expected to depart within 36 hours.
