PG&E CEO, other execs land higher total pay as monthly bills decline

PG&E CEO Patricia Poppe received over $19.8 million in total direct compensation in 2025, according to a regulatory document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This amount was higher than the $15.8m she received in 2024. Other key PG&E executives included Sumeet Singh, Chief Operating Officer for Pacific Gas and Electric, Marlene Santos, and John Simon, General Counsel for PG&Es, Carolyn Burke, and Jason Glickman. The SEC filing also revealed that several executives made gains through the vesting of previously awarded shares.
