Oklahomans are expected to see another risk of severe weather this weekend, bringing a tornado threat. The weather is finally feeling more like spring, with cool mornings and comfortable afternoons, but with spring temperatures, there is a risk for severe storms. The tornado index for Saturday is at a two on a one to 10 scale, and the threat for Sunday will extend into central Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma City metro. The risk will cover more of the state, including more than the Saturday threat. Only far eastern Oklahoma and parts of the Panhandle are excluded from Sunday's severe weather threat. KOCO 5's First Alert Weather Team has been certified by WeatheRate as providing the Most Accurate Forecast in Oklahoma City for 13 consecutive years.
