Lisa Honrud, the wife of Frank Weiss, has been charged with murdering her husband in 2002, after the case went cold for decades. The arrest was made after investigators received new information from a key witness. Weiss was found shot dead near Lake Lewisville in Frisco, Texas, 24 years ago. Police credited new forensic technology and police efforts to identify the killer. Weiss's daughter, Carla Weiss, said she believes others were likely involved in her father's death.
