US appeals court throws out injunction against California law on children's online safety

A federal appeals court has overturned an injunction preventing California from enforcing a law that protects children's rights to online content. The court stated that the trade group was unlikely to prove this, and upheld some of the law's limitations. The ruling also upheld some restrictions on some aspects of this law.
