A man, Billy L. Logan, 34, is facing several charges, including a felony, after he reportedly attempted to grab a police officer's gun during an arrest attempt. The incident occurred during a confrontation with police who responded to a report of an intoxicated person and attempted to enter a neighbor's apartment. Despite this, Logan was released following a detention hearing and is scheduled to return to court on April 6.
