This move is part of a broader effort by the White House to ease access to fuel and supplies amid the ongoing Iran war. The waivers could make it easier to move fuels from the Gulf Coast to areas on the East Coast. However, market analysts predict this will only modest impact on U.K. gasoline prices, which now average $3.84 per gallon per AAA. The Israeli Air Force has reportedly struck a natural gas processing facility in southwestern Iran, marking the first time Israel has targeted Iran's natural gas facilities.
