Rising star powers Moanalua flag football’s potent offense

The Moanalua girls flag football team is leading the way for the season, with freshman quarterback Breidi-Ann Higa leading the offensive, throwing for over 700 yards in her first year of high school football. Higa credits her team's success to her teammates and their good chemistry. She also has national exposure, earning a spot on the Team USA 17-and-under national team. The team aims to repeat as OIA champions and avenge their upset loss in the inaugural state playoffs.
