The steady rain and strong winds are moving east and will be out of Ohio before sunrise, leaving lingering spotty showers throughout the day. The sun may break through at times this afternoon, and temperatures will reach the lower 70s. Meanwhile, another wave of rain is expected to move across the state, but this will be less gusty and cooler weather will continue through the weekend. The weekend will be drier, with temperatures expected to remain around 50 and 60.
