Disneyland to replace Autopia’s gas engines with new electric cars

Disney is planning to replace its gas-powered attraction, Autopia, with new electric cars in partnership with the California Air Resources Board in 2027. The announcement comes as work is underway on the design, engineering, and testing of a fully electric vehicle prototype. The closing and reopening dates for the attraction have not yet been announced.
