The opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library and celebrations across North Dakota are being prepared for one of the state's most significant tourism seasons. The library will open on July 4 as part of the nation's 250th anniversary and will bring visitors from across the country to the North Dakota Badlands. The governor has designated May 3-11 as North Dakota Travel and Tourism Week.
