Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) co-founder Bill Gates has found a buyer for the property next to his Xanadu 2.0 compound in Medina, Washington. The two-story home on 73rd Avenue NE went under contract on Feb. 11, a week after it was listed for $4.8 million. The final sale price and buyer's identity were not disclosed. While the property is dwarfed by Gates' main residence, it offers a blend of 1950s charm and modern luxury. Other notable investments include a $500 stake in Valley Wellness' Luxury Behavioral Health Retreat, a $1.85 per share in Rad AI, an AI-driven growth story that helps Fortune 1000 brands avoid costly advertising mistakes.
