A Cincinnati woman, India Stephens, has been charged with felonious assault after an argument turned violent during which she allegedly threw steak knives at her boyfriend. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Queen City Avenue and police found scratches and a bite mark on the man. Stephens is being held on a $25,000 bond.
