Long Beach's 2nd & PCH shopping center hosted a Women's History Month outdoor market on March 22, 2026, which featured over 40 local women-owned businesses. The event also included family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and a gratitude writing workshop. The market was hosted by Essence Planner, a local stationery business that focuses on normalizing mental health for people of color. Hundreds of people participated in the event, which included a panel discussion about women in marketing, and numerous activities throughout the day.
