A Charlotte-based nonprofit, Watch Love Grow, aims to deliver flowers and gifts to 700 mothers who have lost a child before Mother's Day. The fundraising target is $70,000. The initiative was inspired by founder Ashley Manning's initial Valentine's Day Widow Outreach Project in 2021. This year, the program expanded to include more than 2,000 people in the area. The goal is to show that these mothers are remembered.
