Jack Pugh, former Wisconsin football star who left the sport to focus on his mental health, dies at 24

Jack Pugh, the former star tight end at the University of Wisconsin, has died at the age of 25. The school announced his death in a statement posted on social media. Pugh had left football in 2023 to focus on his mental health. He had signed with the Badgers in 2020 after receiving offers from more than a dozen universities. His cause of death was not immediately disclosed.
