A Florida couple was arrested after their daughter, identified as Joshua Lee Sanders, and Courtney Marie Delaney, were found unresponsive at their middle school on March 10. Each was charged with three counts of child neglect, one of which was child neglect with bodily harm. The incident occurred at L.A. A. A.wyn Ainger Middle School in unincorporated Charlotte County. The sheriff’s office confirmed that the teen had found a bottle labeled “FENT” in her bathroom and placed it in her backpack before heading to school. The pair had argued about the presence of fentanyl at their home numerous times, according to the sheriff”s office.
