Restaurateur Max Chodrow is moving to Sagaponack, New York's renowned farm-to-table bistro Jean's, from Noho, to the Hamptons. The restaurant will open this summer for guest dinners, special events, and private parties within the community before undergoing renovations in the fall. Chodro plans to remain open year-round and focus on building a long-term project that celebrates local fisherman and farms. The menu will be slightly different than their New York flagship, offering more seafood and local products.
