The National Weather Service (NWS) has warned of light snow, gusty winds and bitter wind chills across Indiana over the next few days. A band of snow moving through Monday will likely be heaviest during the afternoon before easing down in the evening, with some flurries expected to persist overnight. Most of the state is expected to remain light, with less than an inch in many areas, but lake-effect snow could bring higher totals to far northern Indiana. Wind chills will likely remain in the single digits, with a few spots potentially dipping below zero. The weather follows severe storms that moved through the state Sunday night, which caused significant damage to central and southern Indiana.
